Marshall ED1 Compressor Pedal

A very versatile and powerful effect for any guitarist and in an industrial strength case.

Primarily designed to allow the guitarist to adjust sustain and attack of your guitar sound. The classic variable gain used on the marshall ED1 keeps a very clean signal allowing for masses of sustain for any style of playing. It operates by simply looking at the input signal from the guitar and when the signal starts dying off it boosts the input therefore sustaining the sound longer.

The Attack control allows the guitarist to control the initial sound of the string by making it more mellow through to those funky biting tones.

Finally of course the compressor has an emphasis effect which allows you to target the frequencies you want to compress. You can therefore, for example,  tighten up your bass sound and let the highs ring out or whatever sound you want!
