Complete Tone Control
The Mockingbird ST guitar is equipped a Floyd Rose tremolo, Rockfield Mafia Pickups, coil tap switches, reverse phase switch and Varitone knob (5-way tone control). Basically everything you need to create any sound you want is on the ST.
The Varitone Knob acts as a kind of filter taking out different frequencies to create different tones. Combined with the Coil tap switches, and reverse phase you can get some truly awesome sounds from the Mockingbird ST.
Mockingbird NT (Neck Through) Design
The Mockingbird ST uses the amazing NT (neck Through Design). This BC Rich quality design means the neck wood runs straight down as one piece, all the way through the body of the guitar then the side woods are added. The NT design ensures that all the vibrations are passed down through to the pickups which are mounted in the same piece of wood enabling you to get the most from the tone of the guitar.
