With a very powerful system based on the Motif XS workstations the Motif XS Rack also follows suit by incorporating a system of arpeggiators. These can be used on their own or up to 4 can be used in sync all at once! The arpeggios will trigger drum loops, bass and lead riffs or even complex patterns. As an extra they will also follow the key you are playing in so like a keyboard, in the multi mode of the Motif Rack XS, they will follow your chords and notes for a full on backing or simply to create a huge backing for your production!

 

The Motif Rack XS comes complete with Cubase AI4 software and also a Motif Rack XS editor software package. The editor can be used on its own for complete and detailed editing of all parameters and sounds in the Motif Rack XS and even those which are not accessible from the front panel of the rack itself. The editor can also be used in sync with the Cubase AI4 package. The AI4 software allows you to reacord audio and MIDI with pro control of effects etc all on your computer direct from the Motif Rack XS. With both packages running the Motif Rack XS gives you have a complete studio system of audio and MIDI recording, editing and real-time control which would normally cost a lot more!
