The solid Engelmann spruce top, with a new resonance-friendly bracing system, adds warmth and robustness, while the rosewood back and sides are thinner than on previous models to give a faster-responding attack with strong projection and sustain. These excellent sound qualities are aided by a thinner finish, made possible by using UV curing for the base coat.
Add in a shallower neck profile for enhanced playing comfort and attractive detailing like rose celluloid body binding and gold tuners, and the result is 12-string satisfaction at a very reasonable price.
