Powerful Audio Recording and Playback
The Yamaha CVP407 allows you to record sound directly to a USB pen drive which simply plugs into the instrument at the front. The recording can be used to make a CD through a computer or simply to playback. The CVP407 will also record any singing you do through the microphone input! (optional mic required)
You could copy your favourite CD's to WAV and then play them back on The CVP407, or why not buy some kareoke CD's where there is no melody so you can play along to a real sax,trumpet,drums etc!
Music Finder
The Yamaha CVP407 has a straight forward alphabetical list of so1000's of song titles, e.g. if you want to play "fly me to the moon" just go down to letter F click on the song and instantly you have the best accompaniment and sounds to suit that particular tune.

Score Facility
TheYamaha CVP407 will display the notation of any midi file!!, Therefore you can obtain the score of virtually any song ever produced and the cvp407 will display any of the 16 parts contained within the midi file, the CVP407 will of course display the notation to any recording you might create on the product.
Lyric Display
The CVP407 will display the lyrics to any midi file which contains Lyric data You can therefore sing along using the in-built vocal harmoniser and sound like a quartet, Frank Sinatra or Orville the Duck!
