Takamine EG450DLX NEX Tobacco Sunburst

The Takamine NEX EG450DLX Electro Acoustic guitar has a solid Spruce top and rounded profile that's narrow at the waist, yet broad behind the bridge. The NEX shaped body carries the depth of tone of a dreadnought model to ensure a loud acoustic performance whilst the Flamed Maple back, and sides offer full tone, clear projection, and stunning looks. Consequently the dovetail neck joint, Rosewood bridge and fretboard, and Mahogany neck offer plenty of sustain.

At the heart of the Takamine EG450DLX is an impressive electronics system with intuitive frequency controls, the CP-100 pickup is an innovative design that uses a U-shaped aluminum rail, securing the pickup and saddle for a snug fit and provides a balanced response from the guitar, and not just pressure from the strings. The Takamine TP4T pre-amplifier is equipped with bass, middle and treble frequency slider controls, along with an on-board tuner and rotary volume knob.

The cosmetics are completed by an ornately decorated black scratchplate, Mother of Pearl oval fret markers and Gold machine heads, there's also a decorative Abalone sound hole rosette. A perfectly applied gloss finish adds a striking touch to the already beautiful Takamine EG450DLX electro-acoustic which is shown here in Tobacco Sunburst.
