True Piano Control
Roland have given us the piano control/ design features to quite simply produce any piano sound we wish! The RD700GX gives us piano lid adjustment, string resonance adjustment, hammer noise and multi-effects processors to adjust the sound to our own taste. The on-board LCD screen makes adjustments easy and clear to do. As well as the piano designer there is also a 3 band Eq to the left of the RD700GX panel. This can be turned on and off and instantly gain access to a fully featured EQ system for any tone you need.
USB Audio
The new USB socket on the RD700GX allows play back audio files in AIFF, wav and MP3 for live use. There is also live audio control using the new Audio Key feature. This allows you trigger phrases of audio via a single key touch. You an use the supplied sonar LE software to edit audio and also audio key software for easy set-up of audio files for the RD700GX.
