The Pinstripe clear skins use a double bonded 7-mil mylar pile bonded round the circumfrence of the skin. This creates a deeper, fatter and slappier tone more acustom to that in the 80's. This also means they decay faster and have no need for muffling. Excellent for the fat sounds of Rock, Pop. and R&B.

 

Many drummers leave their resonant skins on for long periods but will be loosing quality as the skins stretch and loose their tonal properties. You should consider changing your resonants more often!
