Introduced in the 1960s, the Fender Standard J Bass has long been relied on by pro-bassists everywhere for its rich tone and musical versatility. Available in a wide range of finishes, with either a Rosewood or Maple neck.
The Fender Standard Jazz Bass combines the best of old and new, with modern single-coil pickups, shielded body cavities, medium jumbo frets, vintage-style bridge, tinted neck with rosewood or maple fretboard, three-ply parchment pickguard and ’70s-style headstock logo. A must-have for the aspiring funk, jazz player, but also highly desirable for many indie musicians too for its classic 60s looks and smooth tone.
